We will deliver your project on time by meeting or beating the milestone delivery dates as set forth in the Website Project Schedule (WPS) portion of your written agreement, assuming that we have received everything from you on time as per the WPS.
If we fail to meet the delivery date for completing your project, even though we have received all required information and content from you, we will give you a 10% off of your final invoice.
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We will insure that you are satisfied with the final project that we build for you. We will work hard at the start of your project to make sure we know what you need, what you want your website to be able to do, and how you want it to look. We will keep at it until you are satisfied. We won't disappear on you before you have gotten what you paid for.
Additionally, for sites for which we also provide hosting services, if we cannot ultimately deliver the site that satisfies your requirements and expectations, we will gladly refund 100% of the money you have spent with us up to that point, at which time we will remove the hosting account and delete the project from our server.
